To our Valued Customers,

As previously communicated, Millerbernd Manufacturing is remaining diligent in monitoring daily developments with respect to the COVID-19 pandemic, while remaining open at full capacity.

We are maintaining normal operations as an Essential Business, while having implemented all necessary precautions and guidelines from the CDC. We are extremely thankful to our dedicated team for living our core values in this unprecedented time, and adjusting how they normally perform their activities. Examples include embracing technology for live webinars and virtual meetings, working remotely on rotating shifts, limiting visitors to our facility, installing additional hand wash stations, and distancing workstations and employee shared spaces to maintain six feet or more of separation.

Recently we have implemented two new processes:
1) A truck driver check-in process via phone, eliminating the need to check-in in person
2) A daily internal audit process performed by our Safety Manager along with members of our Senior Leadership Team to ensure all departments in all business units are safely practicing CDC guidelines.

We appreciate the feedback and strong support from our customers during this time. Be assured we are in daily contact with our supply chain partners who also remain open to ensure continuity of business operations. As we weather this storm, please know that the entire Millerbernd team is here to support our trusted partners.
