    Leadership Academy

    Millerbernd Leadership Academy is designed to prepare Millerbernd employees for current and future leadership roles by providing a structured program of study for critical leadership topics. Employees work with other Millerbernd leaders to develop skills that can be used in your personal or work life.

    Weld School

    Millerbernd offers a 6-week course for all full-time employees to learn the trade of welding. Employees attend weld classes and after successfully passing their certification, are able to start their welding career as an AWS certified welder. This program encourages employees to learn a new skill while continuing to work.

    Tuition Reimbursement

    Millerbernd is committed to career advancement of our employees. One of the ways we do this is through continued education. For full-time employees, Millerbernd will reimburse tuition costs, up to $5,250 a year, for successful completion of approved courses.
